Emergency ground response
Ambulance response to sudden illness, injury, and other time-sensitive medical calls across the district.
Advanced Life Support
Paramedic-level assessment, monitoring, medications, and advanced procedures when clinically indicated.
Basic Life Support
Assessment, stabilization, oxygen support, and transport for patients whose needs do not require advanced care.
Medical transport
Transport to an appropriate receiving facility, based on the patient’s condition and the care they need.
Air-medical coordination
Helicopter or fixed-wing resources may be coordinated for certain patients. Transport decisions rest with the responding medical team.

Dispatch
The call is received and a response is sent, so crews are moving with information from the outset.
Field care
Crews assess, stabilize, and treat on arrival, then continue care throughout the trip.

Care carries over to the receiving facility, so the chain is not broken at the door.
